Renters Reviews and Ratings
Good Building - Improving Area
August 6, 2025Overall I enjoy my experience in the building. Close to Norwood Street Elementary where my child goes. Feels safe. Management keeps building clean.Review from Apartments.com
Park Grove
September 24, 2024Rapidly improving area, and new management has taken better care of the building, and love the direction they are going. Really like the area, its great that it's near the elementary school, and it's in the USC Patrol Zone which is safer.Review from Apartments.com
Look Elsewhere
November 24, 2023The only bright side on this building is it’s proximity to USC. The building has a roach problem that management can’t seem to get under control. There is flooding, and on several occasions there has been no running water. It’s impossible to get packages delivered to the address. I’d look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Good Area, Terrible building
December 2, 2022The area is very nice but because the maintenance, the bugs, and the thin walls, this place a HUGE pain. Getting deliveries is constantly a headache. You could usually hear people and animals doing all kinds of things through the walls. And the children screaming and running down the halls.Review from Apartments.com
Poor management
December 14, 2020Management does the bare minimum to address your concerns. They do not treat you like a human. They only care about rent and not your living experience as a tenant. Renovations are sloppy. The building is filled with roaches and other pests. Neighbors smoke (cigarettes & etc.), despite having a no smoking addendum. Washer is always breaking/flooding. Do not consider living in this building if you desire a higher quality of living.Review from Apartments.com
The perfect "my girlfriend's place"
July 22, 2015I moved in with my girlfriend into her studio at this place. She totally made the most of the tiny space but totally packed that huge closet! Bathroom was very nice, so nice...she would freak out when I used it and didn't clean up immediately. Totally worth the trip downtownReview from Apartments.com
Diamond in the rough...really rough.
July 22, 2015Although it's not the greatest neighborhood, this is rapidly becoming a much better building than it was when I first found it! New management has taken great care of us and has redone all the hallways to a beautiful hardwood! I love my studio, claw-foot bathtub, & utilities included! In LA?! Unheard of! Yays all around!Review from Apartments.com
