I lived here 9 years and it was horrible every step of the way. This place is infested with multiple species of cockroaches, there’s mold everywhere and they don’t know how to get rid of it, they do not clean the stairwells literally ever, and there’s a water leak somewhere in the building almost constantly from rotting pipes, resulting in weekly water shut offs, and the continuation of black mold. The building manager is barely there, so an old woman who cannot help you in any way with anything ...
is the point of contact most days, and the owners are beyond rude. The apartments come dirty with paint that melts off the walls at the first shower or pot of boiling water. The pool burns your skin because they don’t know how to take care of it. The parking lot will give you a flat tire. The elevators break down monthly and it took them a year to fix the one. The list goes on. It’s a terrible place to live and you should absolutely never consider living here.
