Beautiful unit, thinnest walls in the world

I was really excited to move into my apartment at 200 Krams. Pretty big, exposed brick, tall ceilings with exposed beams, central AC and heat, a balcony, etc. Just a really nice apartment.
About 2 days after moving in I realized how thin the walls separating the units were. I'm not talking regular thin, I mean these walls are sheetrock - 2x4's - sheetrock. So thin I could hear my neighbor peeing in his toilet while sitting on my couch. So thin I could tell who the guest was on the podcast he was ...
listening to. Every door slam, every Sixers game, every late night hook up, every phone conversation, I heard. Obviously I assume he could hear me as well, which made me a more quiet person. Also, this building and most of the neighbors are college or post-college kids, so the building in general was really loud on a daily basis. Whether it be constant partying, door slamming, loud music, drunk arguments in the common area, people falling down the stairs, etc. I could have sworn people were bowling in that building on a few occasions. I lived like this for 2 years (signed a 2 year lease in the beginning like an idiot, which I completely regret and will never do again). It was the absolute worst 2 years of my life. Please consider looking elsewhere.
