Going Downhill
June 9, 2022It used to be a great place to live but current management only cares about adding stuff that shows well and not about maintaining the property and enforcing rules around the complex. There is trash in the halls constantly even though there are clear rules against it. On a sunny weekend there are so many visitors at the pool the residents can’t get seats. When you bring it up to the office they say we’ll look into it but never do anything.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 20212000 West Creek is a beautiful and safe place to live. The only downside is the cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and mulch bed and continued smoking on balconies by a few neighbors despite multiple complaints to the office. Its a non smoking complex, but unfortunately a few residents dont seem to care.Review from Apartments.com

The actual apartment has ample room for the cost and awesome/updated finishes. The amenities are plentiful from a huge dog run and dog spa area, a big gym, and a heated pool available year round. It feels like you're in a community full of friends. The office and maintenance team are always swift and efficient in taking action for our concerns.
