June 9, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comIt used to be a great place to live but current management only cares about adding stuff that shows well and not about maintaining the property and enforcing rules around the complex. There is trash in the halls constantly even though there are clear rules against it. On a sunny weekend there are so many visitors at the pool the residents can’t get seats. When you bring it up to the office they say we’ll look into it but never do anything.Property Manager Responded

The only downside is the cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and mulch bed and continued smoking on balconies by a few neighbors despite multiple complaints to the office. Its a non smoking complex, but unfortunately a few residents dont seem to care.

The actual apartment has ample room for the cost and awesome/updated finishes. The amenities are plentiful from a huge dog run and dog spa area, a big gym, and a heated pool available year round. Most important the leasing office has been knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with.

Patrick and Mercedes are always so friendly and helpful and knew our names right away- they even knew our dogs name! It feels like you're in a community full of friends. The office and maintenance team are always swift and efficient in taking action for our concerns. We look forward to continuing to live here and seriously I tell everyone I know that this is the best apartment complex in Richmond.
