I've lived at this address for a little over a year. It's great for low to moderate income. The neighborhood is ok for the most part. Its not a lot of Windows in the units, but the sun shines through beautifully. A four unit complexe, therefore parking us also great. Carpeting all the way through, makes your toes feel relief after work. There could be a few improvements of which they are already in progress of making. For the price, the flexibility, and neighbors; i love the apartment i am in.
