MICE ROACHES AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I moved out In march 2021 and it is now almost june and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. We disposed of at least 15 mice and had roaches literally everywhere and the only thing the “exterminator” would do was give us glue traps which we then had to dispose of ourselves. GROSS

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES

This building is infested with cockroaches and inhabitable. They are everywhere big and small. The management company is unwilling to help and hardly ever responds to any communications. Stay far far away.

Great Building, Great Area

I live in a 3 bedroom at the top floor of this building and I absolutely love it. It is a pre-war building with working elevator, laundry in the building and bike storage outside. Each room fits a queen bed which is great for NYC. Kitchen and bathroom have recently been updated and the super of the building is above and beyond. Great space for the price and location, we are going to try and stay for as long as possible.
