February 5, 2020You will never have hot water or heat. Check HPD website and you will see. They control the heat and hot water turning it off half the day. Management will not pick up the phone or they will yell at u if u tell them u have no hot water or heat to bathe your kids. They are money-hungry and bad people. They also ruined the building with construction. They are adding three floors to an already failing building. Do Not Rent here!Review from Apartments.com
