April 11, 2018The neighborhood is so bad . The parking is bad , never parking and if there is the apartments to the right are always trying to fight over it . Each apartment has too many cars . The building is poorly maintained . Gang bangers and tweakers on that block at night . Laundry room only has one washer and dryer . People park in the alley blocking you unable to get out . Disappointing
August 30, 2017This place has been a huge disappointment. When my family and I first moved in we knew it wasn't going to be a 5 STAR luxury apartment. But the way the staff who manages the building is very poor. It's like they forgot that this building even existed. They don't maintain a clean environment, the grass is completely dead. We understand the building is old but at least hire someone to maintain and up keep the area. It's embarrassing how much potential this apartment complex has but they don't put ...any energy into this building. The laundry room has not worked or been opened since we moved in. I don't know why no one else in the building doesn't say anything about it. I've heard many of them make similar complaints but no one is bold enough to take any action.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
