Dont move here

Bed bugs. Dirty. Jacuzzi always have dirt in it. Pool closed for the season. Why pay for pool you no can use? Water has been shut off a lot since I came here some days we have no hot waters. Something always broke here. Its no good.

A lot has changed

Property Manager is never available. Elevators are always broken building is dirty, there are bed bugs and roaches. Mail is always getting stolen and cars are always being broken into. Not a nice place for you stay.

Important who your neighbors are

I was thrilled to move into the place I am in now because of the three bedrooms, two and a half baths with an attached garage! I have the ability to walk across the street to the grocery store as well as walk to the corner to the post office. The negative remarks I have are based upon the neighbors. The place above us had some students that liked to party any day of the week. Sometimes we could go up there and let them know there was too much noise and they would quiet down. However, having ...
to constantly let someone know they are a problem is a bother. Over the past year the landlord raised the rent twice and it is simply not worth it to stay. It seems the surrounding area in general has people that may be dealing in activities not within the law or just a general nuisance. Not somewhere I want to stay with young children. The good rating is for the place itself as well as the management/landlord.
