November 7, 2018The new owner and building management seemed great but upon move out the new owner showed his true colors. He returned less than half our deposit due to ridiculous charges. For example; We were charged an oven cleaning fee for the oven he finally replaced because it was a known fire hazard, which he had failed to replace while we lived there. He charged us for cleaning the carpets even though we paid $75 a month for four years, $3,600, *explicitly* to cover the cost of replacing the carpet once ...we and our cats moved out. If nothing else $3,600 should have more than covered the carpet cleaning costs. I have attempted to reach out to the owners multiple times with absolutely no return calls. Cozy Apt
September 23, 2017I loved living in this cozy apartment. It was nice and quiet .. Zero bugs.. Laundry on site and storage units. The only thing it lacked was a dishwasher... I would definitely live here again if I moved back North!!Review from Apartments.com
