BEWARE OF RODENTS

I’ve been dealing with a rodent problem for about 2 months now and I called the office multiple times and they refuse to fix the problem. All they said they could do was send traps. No exterminator or anything. I even tried to hire my own exterminator but they would not let them come. So unless you want to be splitting rent with a rodent, don’t move here.

I’ve been here 4 years and I really can’t say I’ve had horrible experiences. It’s quite and not far from my place of employment.the maintenance teams are very reliable the ladies in the office are very kind and will answer any questions I have.great job to the the young who cleans the apartment for move -ins over all not a bad place to live.

I love living here!! Quiet and friendly people of different ethnicities all getting along. The staff is fun and friendly. The pools are awesome and open all year. The fitness center is convenient and free. Not to mention Golden Corral is nearly next door... :-)

The office staff and maintenance team are always nice and professional! The location is great and my electric bill has never been so low! I enjoy using the fitness center and my sweet dog loves the pet park! I would recommend 21 South to a friend!
