BEWARE OF RODENTS
May 9, 2024I’ve been dealing with a rodent problem for about 2 months now and I called the office multiple times and they refuse to fix the problem. All they said they could do was send traps. No exterminator or anything. I even tried to hire my own exterminator but they would not let them come. So unless you want to be splitting rent with a rodent, don’t move here.Property Manager Responded

They always come when I call
July 31, 2022I’ve been here 4 years and I really can’t say I’ve had horrible experiences. Best Place in the Capital
June 25, 2016I love living here!! Quiet and friendly people of different ethnicities all getting along. The staff is fun and friendly. The pools are awesome and open all year.
