No heat, illegal landlord activities. Avoid!

Increasing rent for no reason, harassing tenants to leave so they can jack the rent further. Mice issues, heating issues, building in poor repair, takes forever to have anything fixed. 3 months for them to fix the hot water, reporting that there’s actually no issues when we’ve been having cold showers. Took getting the health inspector in to take the heating issues seriously. It’s been multiple years and there’s still no solution. Reports of landlord accessing units without proper notice. AVOID ...
