        A great location, close to bus lines and downtown. The hardwood floors aren't fancy, but are easy to maintain. It's a great basic apartment for a decent price!

        I love my place, however, the rental property managers continue to raise the rent every year and my pay doesn't increase with the raise in rent in Denver. I love Denver, I love the mountains and the metaphysical fairs. My concern is that the building manager says he can only do so much to change the circumstances. My cool part about my place is that it is tiled throughout and very easy to keep clean. I also love that everything is within walking distance, as north capitol hill is a very popular ...
        place to live. Anyway, I wish landlords would consider how hard it has become to be single in Denver, as far as affordable living is concerned. Since mary jane has been legalized, rents have gone sky high. What's an ordinary Missouri transplant to do?
