Let me start saying that the owner of this building does a great job on apartments. All of his apartments are beautifully done. Unfortunately, not all of the people, know how to respect it. They move, they break, can’t do anything themselves and think that the owner owes them something. As for me, the landlord is always there to fix thing when I give him notice in advance. He makes my life in the building comfortable. I live there with my daughter for a while now and are not planning to move ...
