The location of this apartment is a key feature. Sitting directly across from the American Museum of Natural History, you couldn't ask for a better view when you step out of the entry. There are great bars and restaurants in the area but this street remains very quiet at night. There is convenient access to Central Park as well as the B, C, 1, 2, and 3 subway lines. kitchen were just redone (estimating 2014). Bathroom has a full shower/tub and there are hardwood floors throughout living room and bedroom. The kitchen is very small (no countertop, college sized fridge). Bedroom is plenty large, but there is only one closet in the entire apartment.
