Most unkempt building in the neighborhood
October 4, 2017I lived here for a few years and then moved out of the neighborhood (the Marina is a fun place to live); like the other review mentioned, the building is dirty/smelly with no soundproofing. There were mice when I lived there. An exterminator was called but only after the residents insisted. The landlords never want to fix anything and give you a hard time if something breaks, and tried to illegally change terms of my lease in the middle of my lease. They will try to get away with some shady ...business. Some units are more updated than others but the garage is unpaved and your car gets really dirty just being parked in there! I had to sign something about lead paint and asbestos when I first moved in, so be aware of that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
