Not Worth the Money!
July 30, 2015The apartment was very outdated and had both cosmetic and maintenance issues. I went three months without any water pressure (it was coming out at a dribble). I contacted the front office several times throughout the time I had no pressure and they never got back to me. If you are looking for a party apartment close to campus and don't mind spending way more than you should be for rent, this is the perfect apartment. Close to the Iowa State University campus, bars, and three blocks from Hyvee! ...However, I wouldn't rent from First Property Management again if I ever moved back to Ames.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
