Good Apartment, Horrible Management
August 19, 2015This apartment building is fairly nice (most apartments have recently been remodeled), however the management company is horrible.. Heat went out for 4 days during freezing temperatures and at least twice a week the hot water was out. Made for a horrible winter and the management didn't do anything about it despite daily calls and visits from the health department. Building itself is close to the subway (1 block, 2 avenues) and a quick walk to midtown Advice would be to try another management ...company!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
