Not Very Good

Have lived here for 8 years.The only good thing I can say about this place is the location.The maintenance is at best sporadic.Elevator constantly breaks,and they may take weeks to fix it.Buzzer to allow people in front door broken,and they don't fix.Frequently infested with rodents. have video.Water pipes in constant need of repair.Mold along wall,and ac.Complaints fall on deaf ears,and they keep on raising the rent.The place is a nightmare!

We've been living here for a few years and maintenance changed from bad to even much worse. Repairs are not done timely, snow not removed on time and surfaces stay slippery, they raised rental prices greatly over last 2 years. Do not recommend.

As a current resident, I would not recommend to live this apartment unless you like rats and stink smell. Management does not care what you have problems in there. I will move out soon
