Cheap, but sketchy
April 26, 2021I lived in the unrenovated unit. This place was great in some ways, but not in others. My bedroom has never had a doorknob, it fell off the day I moved in. The bathrooms are like dungeons, moldy, and a repairman had to come twice. Once because the shower stopped working, and the other because the hot water heater died in the middle of winter and we didn't have hot water for three days. Crime happens all the time, but the owners refuse to put up security cameras. Cars get their windows broken, and ...apartments have had attempted break-ins. I was just woken up yesterday at 4AM because the cops said some madman was jumping from porch to porch trying to get in through the back. And I just had an expensive art supply order stolen. Who steals wood? But the location is great and there's good culture. Neighbors are very friendly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
