Renters Reviews and Ratings
Poor quality building and bad flooring
January 6, 2023The building is not well kept. The stairwell smells like cigarette smoke, the gym is musty and grungy. The floors are poor quality, I can feel and hear my next door neighbors walking and the others above and hear the guy across from me shouting at his tv. There is a constant flow of laundry room fumes and the views are brick walls. The only nice this is the separate kitchen in this unit but there isn’t really any counter space. The neighborhood is dirty but there is a park nearby which is nice.Review from Apartments.com
Finally Found the Place
August 13, 2015Absolutely love living here, nice family oriented neighborhood and a close walk to many subway lines. The apartment is large and comfortable, big windows, lots of light, live in super, safe and nice building, laundry and gym in basement, I couldn't ask for anything better! I would highly recommend this apartment building!Review from Apartments.com
