This place is not worth staying
March 25, 2026The moment when you opened the front door, an overwhelming cockroach spray smell was the first smell you inhaled right away after we spent almost an hour trying to find a parking spot. Once we got into the unit, another strong sour moldy smell that only a century old building would patently offer to welcome your arrival. The wood floor creaked, the area rug without anti-skid mat underneath almost made me and my wife crash and fall in turns. The exhaust fan in the small bathroom was malfunctioned, ...it gave off a high pitched crazily loud noise that might have your eardrums exploded. The exhaust fan over the old gas stove also rendered a very loud noise once you turned it on. Every light in this place was vague yellow. The traffic noise and noises from the pedestrians nevertheless stopped. When the other tenants came and went, your door vibrated like someone was knocking on your door.
