the floorplans aren't bad. for single occupancy, it works. Having company can be weird at night since the bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Being on the bottom floor, especially on the backside of the building can be sketchy because of the many homeless people that frequent the area and parking lot. When I moved into my unit there were several issues that hadn't been fixed from the previous tenant and took a while for those things to be fixed, throughout living here I've found more ...

things I didn't initally. There is no air conditioning, it's a just a fan connected to the thermostat and doesn't help when it's hot, I don't know why they mentioned this as a feature.
