Do not rent here!!!!

These apartments are the worst spot you can rent. Roaches, mold, landlord who doesn’t care about your needs. Lived here and there was several times were roofs leak, clogged pipes, when it rains they place plastic on the roof to tey to prevent it from leaking. Roof has fallen ON renters furniture ruined and landlord did not fix or attempt anything until after couple of days. Mold in bedroom walls never removed properly they just file down walls and paint over it. Renters have been without water ...
for a whole week a few times and when city was called landlord was upset and couple of months later raised rent for “Snitching.” Rent is cheaper than everywhere else but honestly not worth it.
