Roach infested
January 23, 2023The building is infested with roaches! They’re everywhere, parking is a nightmare, the block is dirty. Ppl in the building keep to themselves and are nice but not worth it. To wale up and see a bug is wild!Review from Apartments.com
The worst apartment I ever lived in
March 20, 2017Don't waste your money on this poorly run building. They have renovated most of the units but underneath the facade, it's all bad. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because it's not worth the money they want for these tiny units with no parking!Review from Apartments.com
worst complex ever
October 11, 2016i would literally give this place 0 stars if i could. first off, incredibly dirty/unsafe area to live. never felt ok walking my dog even during the day. the entire block smells & has trash thrown everywhere. the building itself is very old. the elevator is quite janky & smells most of the time as well because it is such a small space with little ventilation. it feels crammed with even 2 people in there. the apartments themselves have no AC, many bugs, my shower stopped working at one point & even ...after it was "fixed", broke once again. they tried to take more $ from me than needed upon moving out. it was overall just really bad. the only thing i liked about living here was how nice the mailman was.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
