October 17, 2025“Luxury building” with highly questionable soundproofing and problematic tenants. If you’re “lucky,” some of your neighbors will be constantly loud and behave destructively. If you’re «really lucky», they’ll live right above you. And the management either won’t—or doesn’t want to—do anything about it, even after numerous calls to the police, including some made by the management themselves.
