I lived here with a roommate for a year under Laura and Nick and it was fantastic. They were super responsive to requests and already had a fantastic attitude. The only downsides were parking some days and the smell of the sewer along the side street. Nothing they could control given the location, but just something to note. I don't know if it's been fixed since I was there, but the washer units never drained my laundry. So I always ended in drying it twice. It was easier to take out to my ...

parent's house most of the time, and cheaper given the 2× drying. Overall, I wish they had available units again, I'd come back.
