February 6, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comOverall this is a great apartment. It's clean and a little bigger than expected (2 people and 1 dog). People are friendly and the property is well kept and cute. Main reason this was a 4 star rather than 5 star review is the parking. When renting they told us one parking space per bedroom comes with the place. NOT TRUE. There's a wait list for the parking spots leaving street parking only. This has already resulted in a tow, parking ticket, and mirror ripped off a car. Great apartment but parking ...is terrible, especially in the winter. (The town doesn't have good parking in general, though)Read More
