Elmwood Village Livin'
August 26, 2015I lived at 269 richmond for 1 year and I truly loved it and found a place I called home. The area is beautiful--they are great at keeping up the grounds--and it is very safe and peaceful. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The maintenance is AMAZING--truly. You are able to call with problems and most everything is fixed within one day. For maintenance emergencies, someone is available at all times and is at your apartment quickly to help. The area is quite quiet which is really nice. At ...times I could hear my upstairs neighbors if they had many people over, but in general the neighbors were never the issue. And the interior is to DIE for. Beautiful hardwood floors all appliances are included, there is a build in (non working) fireplace, and a beautiful tiled bathroom. I have lived ALL over the city of Buffalo but I must admit living in the elmwood village has definitely made its mark in my life. Everything is conveniently located within a 5 mile radius boutiques, grocery stores, banks, entertainment, transportation, art galleries, tattoo shops, and department stores. I have recommended 269 Richmond to others and will continue to do so in the future.
