I have only been living here about a year and I have to say its a very nice property. When my wife got a job at Canisius and wanted to move to Main, I wasn't sure about the area but we saw 2720 and the work they were doing to the building and gave it a shot. I actually really like the neighborhood. The property seems to be constantly improving and the owners keep updating the grounds and the building. Our apartment was renovated before we moved in and it was way better than anything in the area ...

for the price. When our stove broke down, they replaced it within 24 hours and the office staff were very friendly helpful (thanks Tonya)

Highly recommend finding another place to live. Mold, rusted sinks/bathtubs, water damage in the walls, rats always get into the buildings. Front door does not stay locked. They do not respond timely to tenants, if at all. The laundry machines are long overdue for a replacement and they let them flood for very long periods of time. They will not take responsibility for any heat/power issues your building has and still make you pay full rent despite spending 17 days without hot water, 12 without ...

heat, and a number of days without power. They keep raising the rent, but the property value is decreasing. They throw trash in the back yard and leave it piled up for months. They have also handed out multiple incorrect contracts and leasing information, which is unprofessional and beyond unorganized. You’d be better off in a box under a bridge.
