Great Management
April 21, 2020Management is the best I've ever had. Easily submit request online if something goes wrong in your place, and they repair, professionally, within a few days. And they are willing to work with you in all situations. Street parking was not the best, but that's about the only downside here I would say. There's also a doctors office down the street you can talk to about parking there.Review from Apartments.com
inaccurate
November 11, 2016There is no parking spot, street parking only, the tenants block parking spots for their other cars, the complex is infested with roaches, every other tenants are paying almost less than half of 1400, the apartment structure; front door, living room, bathroom to the left in hallway, bedroom closet on your left and kitchen on your right. No storage space, outlets and light switch wired awkwardly. Not an impossible apartment.Review from Apartments.com
