If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would have done so. The building's soundproofing is nonexistent, allowing not only the noise from the upper unit to penetrate but also conversations from the adjacent unit and even the sound of the TV from the unit below. It's clear enough to hear exactly what conversations are taking place next door. The management is atrocious. Basic repair requests can be ignored even after submitting them 4-5 times. To get repairs done, you'd have to contact the owner ...
directly rather than going through the management company. I actually reached out to the owner myself.
