As far as location its a prime between the 10 and 405 freeways. They're a few decent choices for food around as well as 2 supermarkets within a mile. I'd rate the actual apartment living just fair its decent enough to live but there are some conditions you must put up with such as mold growing out of the shower which if you request to be handled they'll do a nice job of making it look decent on the surface and nothing more. I myself went through the process twice because of it growing back. The ...

sound of traffic is also factor because of it being right on sepulveda it definitely took some getting used to. But all in all I'd say its a decent place if you're just starting out.
