Illusion
March 27, 2016The super is delayed in the timeframe of his repairs. The landlord refuses to make repairs. Insufficient electrical wiring causing power to cut off when the wrong appliances is used simultaneously. The elevator has a urine smell and is dangerous due to the occasional break downs while you are in it. There are people continuously loitering in the hallways and smoking. There is definitely an illusion created for newer tenants but definitely not what it appears to be.Review from Apartments.com
