Comfy and Quiet

Currently I live on the first floor of a 3 family home which from the outside doesn't look like a typical 3 family home. It is listed as a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms,although the third bedroom is the size of a small nursery it does hold a twin bed and dresser. room to move. The living/dinning room combo is spacious,modern, and able to hold a full dining table that is of square/rectangle shape to fit into the breakfast nook. You can cook, talk, and see your guest due to the open concept. It has central air/heat that keeps you comfortable all year long. It does need minor work done as painting and regular apartment issues, and if there are any issues the landlord is easy to reach. There is off street parking and storage as well as coin operated washer/dryer in the basement. Overall I must say it is an extremely quiet area that is minutes from the beach both walking and driving. Also easy access to public transportation and schools.
