Speaking of the landlords (or slum lords) they are very rude. Not in the beginning, though. In the beginning, they will be nice just so they can get your money. Keep your money safe and don't stay here. It may be close to UC but that is also a downside. It is always noisy outside, especially if the windows are open. Advice? Don't live here. This website is full of other options you can choose, I would choose just about anything over this place.

The building is right on the edge of the University of Cincinnati's campus. As soon as you cross the street you are standing next to dorms. There are also many local attractions nearby including restaurants, concert halls, tattoo parlors, and hookah spots. This location provides quick access to all areas on campus as it is just a short walk away.
