Rented here for a year and loved it!
January 21, 2020I loved the landlord Chuck, maintenance was always super nice and helpful, he will fix things within a day if not even sooner, Mary was a add on after we moved in but was nice for the time being. I liked the location, price rite was across the street, laundry was easy accessible in the basement as coin op. They had someone our there as soon as it started snowing to shovel and take out the trash every week who was also super nice, the heat in the building with the radiators definitely got nice and ...toasty and needed got cold either. Even though there's no A/C Buffalo doesn't get hot enough to need more than a fan really anyways and for just a couple people a 1 BR was perfect for the time being to start living on our own. Walking distance to the ball drop and west chipawa even or to the elmwood village main part. Parking got rough on second shift but any other shift you will have no trouble with. And for the most part many of the tenants there were great!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartment Great Location!
March 29, 2019We absolutely love it here, units are clean, maintenance is fast, and the landlord is super friendly! Parking around here is tight, but if you have the extra couple bucks theres a permit lot not even 2 blocks down the street that is worth the money! Chuck is a great landlord, and is always willing to help if you have an issue, and Mary in the office is always quick to respond as well. We will definitely be calling this home until its time to buy a house, perfect location withing walking distance ...to most things you need, and close to the bus line if that's how you get around as well.
