Lousy upkeep for amount you pU
March 21, 2020Parking lot is in bad shape. It was never repaired in over the year I lived there and he had plenty of rent coming in from all his renters that he could have fixed it with. Never fixed broken washing machine even though he had plenty of rent coming in. Told me before I moved in that he salted the steps in winter. I rarely saw it done because I slipped down steps 4 times when in was heading to work in morning. Paint job in apartment could have been done better by a 10 year old. There are dark and ...light splotches. He thinks his property is perfect but my mother and brother tried to talk me out of signing lease because they thought it was a dump at their first look and had better options for me closer to them. Neighbors are noisy. Electric bill is outrageous as in over $100 in winter. Landlord acts nice up front but once he has you in that lease, he thinks he owns you and becomes a jerk. Never again
February 8, 2018I hate every moment in that place. John the owner, is such a bad landlord. We talked to him so many times to fix the apartment but nothing happened, heater doesn't always work, dryer and washer won't work. This place is a total mess..... oh and ITS VERY LOUD place. would not recommend this place to anybody NEVER againReview from Apartments.com
