Venetian plastered walls, french tile, organic queen bed, 700 count sheets, in addition, living room has sofa, table and chairs..large kitchen, clawfoot tub, this place is a great respite from the hustle and bustle. Note* New A/C unit just installed! The hollywood hills is really a great spot to discover LA from. Very close to everything, yet secured and lots of hiking trails nearby. There's a wonderful cafe a short block down the hill and also a small grocery store to stock up on. Many hiking trails in the neighborhood and right up the hill is the iconic Hollywood sign! Your own Hollywood oasis awaits. $2850 Rent and includes utilities $1500 security deposit. Total includes all utilities, internet, furnishings, kitchen needs (dishes, silverware, pans, etc). All you need to set up is your toothbrush. This is a month to month rental. Security($1500) and first/last month rent required.
