The generally accepted borders of “the Dell” are east of Cahuenga, north of Franklin, west of Argyle and south of the Hollywood Reservoir. It is fully encompassed by zip code 90068. The neighborhood was established in the early 1920’s, and today is a mix of professionals artists, families and even some famous faces. (The Dell has been home to The Rolling Stones, Minnie Driver, Marilyn Manson, Goldie Hawn, Eva Longoria Parker and Audrina Patridge.) With only about 1,000 residences, it’s easy to feel at home in this cozy community. The Hollywood Dell got its name because it sits “in” hills that are just above popular Hollywood, as opposed to being on top of the hills. July 1, 2021Love this building and neighborhood! Most people I talk to haven’t heard of the Dell but the minute you check it out you fall in love - it’s a hidden treasure. The building has a great 60s vibe and I use the pool as much as possible. A++!!Review from Apartments.com

June 17, 2021Friendly neighbors, small quiet building, great AC in our place(AC and off-street parking were key for us!) Love our neighborhood walks, love that we can run to Trader Joe’s/ Target, farmers market etc super easily but still feel removed from the hustle & bustle when we get home to our street.Review from Apartments.com
