Unfriendly Staff, Poor Management
December 2, 2025I've been living here 4 months and have had several negative experiences. After submitting my application, I got a notification that my rent was changed, and after investigating, it had been mysteriously increased by $200 for no specified reason. When I asked about this, the office staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The resolution was that my application was withdrawn, and I had to apply again for a worse apartment, since the one I applied for originally was now unavailable. There were ...cockroaches in my apartment when I moved in and the lock on my front door stopped working after about a month. Both of these were resolved with a service request, but it's still irritating to be finding issues like that, which should have been resolved before I moved in. The most frustrating experience is that my car has been towed twice since living here, in spite of being registered on the permits app. The first time, it was because I had yet to update my license plate from the state where I was moving from on the app, but the second time, it was completely unjustified. Even with the initial case, they could have easily checked the vehicle's vin number and seen that it was the same car that I had originally registered. Considering the fact that they knew exactly which car I was talking about when I reported the car being missing, it's clear that they could have just emailed me to tell me update the permit. Instead, I've now spent over $600 just to recover my car. When I talked about this to the office staff, they were again very condescending and unhelpful. I have observed that the gate sometimes doesn't work but I haven't seen any break-ins like those being described in other reviews (that isn't to say they don't happen; I just haven't personally witnessed it). The pool is almost always locked, and the mail room sometimes takes several days to notify you when a package arrives. The apartments are about average price for the area, and decently sized, which is the only reason I've given two stars instead of one, but I would still strongly recommend finding a comparable apartment complex with more positive reviews.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Apartment and Service
January 8, 2025Very disappointment and dissatisfied with the service and maintenance from the management team. Have had so many issues in the apartment since I moved in the property. Worst Apartment ever. During hurricane season on 2024, the water got into the interior walls and made bubbles of water and cracks, opened tickets, but the issue was never resolved. Not to mentioned many other issues like old appliances, the dryer of the laundry room does not dry clothes appropriately and many more issues that if ...I am to describe will be able to write a book of all the issues that this apartment has. Recently, a pipe water exploded from the ceiling on Jan/05/2025, had informed the manager Wendy and did not have any assistance whatsoever. Spoke with the manager to provide me a hotel to stay since it is the property's fault and responsibility and the response was: "I'm sorry to hear about the incident, but there is nothing we can do about to accommodate you and your family. We cannot provide you a vacant apartment for you to stay with your family nor can rent a hotel for you. Call your insurance to resolve that matter so they can provide a place for you to stay with your family." It is very disrespectful the treatment, I have a baby that is 2 years old and the whole apartment is soaking wet. It has been 4 days the incident, they put the blower carpet and humidifier inside the apartment and left the machines on non-stop spending my electricity and no consideration to the tenants whatsoever. Unbelievable to see how cheap the property management is and that they WILL NOT replace the carpet since it has been soaked in water. The apartment is a mess and completely destroyed. They have pile up all of my furniture in the living room like it was junk and seems not to care about anything. The property has a lot of issues and their customer service is the worst I've ever had! I was never able to use the pool during summer 2024 and their excuses " We are fixing and improving the area to make the property a better place to live." The party management's pool that you see pictures below was just few days to have a commercial strategy to attract tenants to move in. Disgusting location

Customer Service is elusive to this management team.
May 13, 2019I recently moved out after have lived there a year. I could not have gotten out of there any faster. With the understanding that i moved from a house into this apartment i will try to be as factual as possible in order to manage expectations. First, communication is an art form and not all of us are good at it so, when you get a voice message EVERY time you call it suggests no one wants to deal with you. When you have to beg to get a dirty/rusted beyond cleaning washer/dryer replaced, it suggests ...they dont care about cleanliness or your concerns. When the stove vent is so filthy you dont want to cook on the back ranges and no amount of cleaning can fix it, and they will "note it" in your file" it suggests you are not in the right environment. Also, apparently my move out was a day earlier, and even thought i needed to get the cleaning service in (yes you have to pay to have it cleaned per the lease) - they charged me for the extra day while changing the locks so i could not get in. This group lacks the ability to be warm and welcoming or helpful (except Dani). Emails are terse borderline rude, pretentious and condescending. Maintenance emergencies are defined by a list - so if you need the freight elevator on a Saturday and Sunday -first, you are not notified that the elevator is out of service then maintenance lets you know it is not on the list of "emergencies. Loud neighbors! Management does nothing
March 30, 2018Honestly, spend your money at a different complex. I have been woken up countless days at all hours of the night by my neighbors. I have complained to managment about them and nothing has been done. In fact no one has even gotten back to me from management, all emails have been ignored. Great Apartments, Great Location
August 10, 2015I have lived here for almost two years now and the apartments are great. The staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are always filled within 1-2 days. The location is great and located within walking distance to the Galleria. Plenty of amenities with that the complex offers including monthly food trucks, happy hours for the building and plenty of others.
