As of Today - August 10th 2015- I reside at 304 West 148th street.
My apartment is beautiful- A large 2 Bedroom with a separate living room.
Now my apartment looks amazing because I maintain it well. The management company (HP PLAZA LLC) is horrific. We have gone to court several times throughout the 10 years I have been here for things like- No Heat- Waterbug infestation- Roach Infestation to name a few. I have won every court case- My point is - the building is maintained mediocrely - However ...
the apartments themselves are large for NYC standards. and if you add details - (I did) it is a wonderful place to live. Keep your ducks in a row- in case you have to handle issues with MGNT- in housing court.
