Building poorly constructed company could care less.

I moved into this building in august of 2021 to find only a bare mattress in my unit with no other furniture. The company blamed it on Covid and gave me a rent discount of 25% for 3 months until all the furniture came in. The “amenities” are used as storage for the excess building so don’t worry about how much you will use them because you can’t. The doors feel very cheap and even came broke when I moved in. Very poorly insulated my furnace/ AC runs nonstop leaving me with a very high electric ...

bill. The carpet in the hallways is almost black because they never took the time to clean it after the construction crew finally left. The mail room is unsecured leaving multiple packages thefts already reported. The quality of the furniture is one of the worst I’ve seen on campus especially for the price. We have had our couch for 2 months and it is so worn out we have to sit on pillows so we don’t feel springs on our butts.
