Nice Small unit in an old building and nice location
July 26, 2015For a 2 bedroom the place is rather small at just under 500 square feet. The heat is a wall unit that heats the kitchen and living room and there is no air conditioning. Despite these things, the building is located in a very nice neighborhood on a quiet street. The windows also are positioned such that a nice breeze will come through the apartment despite the windows not facing each other. I have not had any issues that require interactions with the management company, so regarding their ...response to concerns, I'm unable to comment. The unit is in a great location, being 10 minutes walk to the train, right off the expressway and a 10 minute drive to downtown. Also, there is a grocery store all of .7 miles away which is very convenient. Despite being so close to the train and the highway, the neighborhood is still plenty quiet and a great area to live in.Property Manager Responded
