Infested with bed bugs and roaches

Very infested I do not recommend living there. They call there pest control and they come out and do there thing and the next day the roaches come out like nothing happen. The manager acts nice when you first me him. But he’s after his commission for renting apartments. he is not a nice person nor his wife. So beware, it’s your choice if you want to deal with his favoritism.

We haves lived in a lot of apts. Ducato Gardens Apts by far has been the worst. Both, on-site and off-site managements only care about collecting payments. The place has been infested with roaches, fleas and bed bugs from tenants that are violating just about all rental agreements . Calls and requests for help and maintenance concern almost always are been ignored. Any repair that needs attention will be weeks and months and never gets taken care of correctly. Just about everything is falling ...
