Solid apartment in great building
August 25, 2015The building is well maintained by a great live-in super. He is very visible and very personable- always willing to help out with apartment needs. The building is pre-war with an elevator and it was originally a hotel. The area is right in the middle of Chelsea- which creates a very convenient lifestyle. The landlord is great and very understanding- something that is rare for NYC. Apartment upsides: True two bedrooms, detached full kitchen, windows in every room, including kitchen and living ...room. Very high ceilings. Backs up to pretty trees and gorgeous brownstone gardens. No rodent issues. Downsides: trash is in the basement and only way to get there is via the elevator. The hot water takes forever to heat up for the shower. No dishwasher or updated kitchens. No ice-maker or updated appliances. Hard to cook on old stove.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015Great central Location. Love Chelsea and the proximity to Meatpacking district and the Highline. Great restaurants and the train line. Apt is in a pre-war building. It use to be a hotel. Love our older neighbors. No Amenities,does have an elevator no laundry room. Friendly neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
