I have 8 year with the same leak on the bathroom. So many time only patches and leave the problem. I even have mushrooms growing I wish I can put pictures or video that you can see. Is like a raining in the shower. Other neighbors have the same problem, even in the garage is a big leak there too many problems. I cannot stay 1 more year. I just waiting for my lease ended.

The Apartment in located on the 6th floor in a 100 plus unit building. Its approximately 950 SqFt. The apartment has 2 Bedrooms 1 Bath room. Both bedrooms fit queen size beds plus other furniture and have closets. The apartment has an abundance of closets which is hard to find in NYC. The living room is very spacious about 12x28. The apartment gets lots of light being on the 6th floor and having four south facing windows. There's a spectacular view of the Verazzano Bridge. The building is ...

very well kept and has indoor parking available and a laundry room on every floor and also has two elevators. The building has various apartment layouts: Studios 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Forgot to mention that gas in included in the rent if you love to cook.
