Nightmare
March 17, 2025Moved in. Dealt with mice and bee infestation. I was deliberately lied to by the landlord during tour about whether there were any infestations related to the place. I had to seal the mice holes and places where the bees were coming in myself as the exterminators hired were completely ineffective. The dryers here are horrible and the laundry is expensive in general requiring quarters. I had to deal another incident too where I came home, opened the storm door and it shattered all over the ...ground. I had to clean this up myself. The mice were back by the time I moved out. I was even quoted a raise in rent of $25/month to continue living there. I was so happy to get out. I was not compensated for dealing with any of the issues myself except for supplies. Other apartments in the building didn't have as many issues as I did, thankfully, but it was a horrible situation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
