Finding a place to call home in NYC can be daunting. The studio I found is HUGE. It's a 600 square ft. duplex with a full separate kitchen, an oversized bathroom for NewYork City and the luxury of two large closets.
The living space is warmed by a brick wall with built in bookcases flanking the perfect spot for a flat screen TV, leading to a Romeo and Juliet balcony overlooking a quiet interior courtyard garden.

between 65th and 64th streets for easy access. It has an elevator, although the apartment is on the third floor and a healthy hop three flights is an option. Laundry facilities are on premise as is a helpful live-in manager.
The neighborhood is safe and perfectly situated with trains and bus routes a couple of blocks away. There is a video intercom system for security. Near both Central Park and the East River Promenade.
It's the perfect New York living experience.
